At Comfy Co Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care, maternity, or baby-related products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Opened hygiene or personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
